Look like almost eclipse.

The kaigarajima Lighthouse. and the  nearby shoal.
The Kaigarajima is the closest point of disputed Northern Japanese Territories.

The Kaigarajima Lighthouse

There seems to be 20 to 30 Sea Lions lying on the shoal. There are also 10 White-tailed Sea Eagles behind them. There might be a dead body of Sea Lion or something on the shoal which has attracted eagles.

There are a lot of sightseeners today.
Ruddy Turnstones on the rocks.
They are eating kelp (seaweed).
